S & C, Injury Prevention and Recovery

This high-performance Strength & Conditioning session focuses on building elite core strength for stability and control, developing explosive power for acceleration, sprinting, and jumping, and implementing proven injury prevention strategies to stay match-ready all season. Players will also learn effective recovery processes - including mobility, load management, and regeneration techniques - to maximize performance and reduce downtime. Continued monitoring, improvement and 1-1 consultations (24) are also available via a monthly subscription to ensure what you learn is carried throughout the season.
