Information we collect


The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

a) Identity and contact information including name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, address, nationality, social media handles, parent/legal guardian’s names and contact details 

b) Profile information including height, weight, current and previous clubs, previous trials, playing history, football award, personal statement, player assessment, medical records, agency information, etc.

c) Payment card details - this information is encrypted and transmitted to Stripe, a third-party payment services provider, solely for billing purposes. The payment card details provided are never stored on our systems, and no one at Indulge Football can access them. 

d) Technical information including IP address, browser type and version, operating system


How we use your information


Reasons for collection

a) To register you for the website platform as a participant in the Project (as described on the website) and allow you to create your profile on the website.

b) To contact you for us to manage and administer your application for the Project. 

c) For us and any third party working on our behalf for the Project to assess and make. decisions on whether you are a suitable candidate to progress in the Project. 

d) To collect payment from you to process your application and assessment for the Project. 

e) To better understand how our participants in the Project use our digital platforms and to enable us to create better content and more relevant communications. 


Retention and usage period 

The data collected may be retained for a certain period of time in accordance with the provisions of related laws. 


Data sharing

Data will be shared with third party service providers who will process it on behalf of LSR Sports Limited for the purposes identified above. Such third parties include providers of services to LSR Sports Limited, the participating club, providers of social media platforms, payment providers, identity verification providers, video streaming companies, mailing companies and marketing services companies. Personal data may be shared with government authorities and/or law enforcement officials if required for the purposes above, if mandated by law or if required for the legal protection of our legitimate interests in compliance with applicable laws.


Log Files


Ftballer follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, Ftballer uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. Ftballer collect child’s name, date of birth, height, and weight from children above the age of 6 for our football services. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website by mistake, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
